Responsible for planning and implementing cloud migration projects for enterprise clients, ensuring the smooth progress of migration processes. Analyze clients' IT infrastructure and design tailored cloud migration solutions, including but not limited to virtualization migration, data migration, and application migration. Collaborate with project teams to ensure cloud migration projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards . Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues encountered during the cloud migration process. Compile project documentation, including migration plans, design documents, and operation manuals. Conduct regular communication with clients on project progress, gather feedback, and optimize migration solutions accordingly. Keep track of the latest cloud technologies and tools to enhance migration efficiency and security. Assist in the subsequent optimization and maintenance of cloud services. Job Requirements College diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. 3–5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of successful cloud migration projects. Candidates with experience in independently delivering migration projects are preferred. Familiar with the products and services of mainstream cloud service providers (e.g., Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Huawei Cloud, etc.). Proficient in virtualization technologies, container technologies, as well as network and storage solutions. Willing to undertake periodic business trips for project needs. Familiar with cloud service models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and architectures (public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud). Must have in-depth knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, China Telecom Cloud, Azure, AWS, or Huawei Cloud, etc.). Familiar with cloud migration workflows and standards, with hands‑on experience in using mainstream public cloud migration tools or data replication tools. Capable of independently designing and implementing migration solutions. Candidates with industry‑recognized cloud computing certifications are preferred. Excellent communication and solution design skills. Ability to produce research reports, workload assessments, and migration solutions based on the business scenarios and IT infrastructure of large and medium‑sized enterprise clients, and support the compilation of technical bid documents for tenders. Familiar with big data‑related components (e.g., EMR, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.).
