Regional Project Manager

Our client is a MNC focused on delivering innovative solutions for agricultural productivity. We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the APAC-wide implementation and upgrade of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external consultants, and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and monitor project plans from blueprint to go-live. Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with external consultants and internal IT teams in China, Hong Kong, and India. Ensure alignment across different country versions and upgrades. Implement controls to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Act as the main liaison for internal needs transfer and conflict resolution. Present updates to the Steering Committee regularly. Requirements Minimum 10+ years in IT project management, with proven SAP S/4HANA experience (at least one module). Exposure to projects outside Greater China preferred. Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD/MM, PP/PM/eHS). Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (essential for cross-border coordination). Willingness to travel frequently within APAC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
