Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager Perform the role of leading financial analyst for the Company and ensure the relevant insightful analysis and control to be in place in the areas of budgetary control and long-term forecast; Monitor the cash flow position of the Company and ensure its timeliness and sufficiency in meeting the settlement needs of OPEX and CAPEX of the Company; Act as the major business partner representing Finance function to support other divisions in delivering outcomes adhere to policies, standards, and procedures for financial and internal control of the Company; Assist Finance Director to execute the projects of IT applications in which finance functions are needed to be provided; Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to execute. Perform and support ad‑hoc tasks or assignments assigned by Finance Director Requirements University graduate with a recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines; A recognized professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance or MBA is preferred; At least 10 years of relevant working experiences in the fields of commercial finance, accounting or auditing; Possesses relevant management experience in sizable organizations. Understanding and experiences of working in the public sector is a plus Possess strong analytical skills and competency in building financial models, with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and preferably Mandarin) Frequent Travel or Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available) Company Benefits Competitive annual leave entitlement Medical benefits from Day‑1 with extended coverage to dependent(s) Training sponsorship Professional membership fee reimbursement Personal data provided will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purpose only.
