Key Responsibilities Collaborate with branch sales staff to provide professional insurance planning services by meeting potential customers. Analyse customers’ personal financial situation and identify their needs in financial services; recommend life insurance products and investment‑linked products to best suit their needs. Provide quality after‑sales services to maintain the customer relationship and solicit referral business to expand the customer base. Strategy Co‑ordinate and support sales events (e.g., seminars). Business Work closely with branch sales staff to optimise the sales results. Maximise business opportunities to achieve individual sales target. Processes Comply with the guidelines listed in the operation manual and NISP on all sales processes. People & Talent Provide training and coaching support to sales staff so that high‑quality customer service can be delivered consistently. Implement relevant measures, including briefing and discussion forum, to support sales and marketing programmes. Risk Management Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager. Governance Comply with the guidelines listed in the operation manual and IPSP on all sales processes. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Qualifications IIQE 1-3,5 and SI 1,7,8 Skills and Experience Extensive knowledge of insurance products. Good presentation and selling skills.
