Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is preferable Role As the AI Product Manager at SleekFlow, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of AI-driven features on our conversational management platform. Your focus will be on leveraging AI technologies to enhance user experiences, uncover new use cases, and deliver innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities Drive the development of conversational AI-driven features and use cases, such as AI-powered sales agents, agent co-pilot, and lead scoring Define and refine AI product strategies, identifying opportunities where AI can drive business impact and enhance customer experiences Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create seamless AI-driven workflows and experiences across web and mobile platforms Stay informed on AI industry trends, leveraging advancements in LLMs and generative AI to enhance product capabilities Work with commercial and customer-facing teams to align AI-driven features with customer needs and business objectives Drive complex cross-squad AI initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the overall product roadmap Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify user pain points, measure success metrics, and continuously enhance AI-driven features to optimize user experiences Adopt a rapid iterative process to continuously monitor and refine the performance and accuracy of existing AI-driven features to ensure they are continuously optimized to better deliver value to customers over time Qualifications Minimum 4 years or more in Product Management, with a focus on AI-driven products Having a strong understanding and experience in SaaS technologies is preferable Strong understanding of AI technologies, and their applications in real-world use cases Fluency in English required.
