AI Product Manager

Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of AI-driven products, including requirement analysis, prototyping (proficient in Axure, Figma), PRD documentation, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum-based project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify AI implementation scenarios, transform user needs into executable product features. Design and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to wealth management, investment banking, and financial risk control etc., ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with design, R&D, and testing teams to drive efficient project delivery and solve issues and collaboration bottlenecks. Job Requirements Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. 5+ years of experience as an AI product manager, with successful cases of AI product implementation are preferred. Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Master the basic principles of AI technology, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), large language model (LLM) etc. Be familiar with mainstream frameworks and algorithm application scenarios. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration and resolve conflicts.
