Capitalize on business opportunities in the UHNW segment by providing a comprehensive one‑stop wealth management solution to entrepreneurs and family offices. The role involves maintaining and expanding relationships, delivering tailored investment products, and driving revenue growth while upholding the firm’s professional image and compliance standards. Responsibilities Act as Relationship Manager to maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs and family offices in the UHNW segment. Acquire new client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Develop business for Entrepreneur Office HK clients, generating revenue through wealth management solutions, including account opening, CDD/KYC, product roadshows, project pitches, and client visits in Greater China. Provide Wealth Management solutions (products and services) such as HK and overseas equities, fixed income, futures, commodities, cash solutions, diverse investment funds, third‑party products, and complex investment concepts; conduct regular portfolio reviews and market updates targeting AUM growth and revenue generation. Participate in internal and external business development activities, discover innovative financial products, and raise requests to the product team. Support the business segment in promoting the company’s professional image and brand awareness among clients and the market. Handle ad‑hoc projects as required. Qualifications Degree holder or above from top universities with 7+ years of experience in a sales role within the wealth/asset management industry; finance or related majors preferred. CPA and/or FRM are a plus. Strong business network in Mainland China and good connections with UHNW clients. Passionate about investment with a solid understanding of financial products and services; experience in entrepreneur and family offices is ideal. Result‑oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed. Customer‑focused and detail‑oriented to ensure superior services. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with other internal departments. Strong capabilities in client order handling, trading, and other non‑financial requests. Excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task under pressure. Strong written and verbal presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
