Customer Service & Administrative Officer Our client, a leading and prestigious learning centre, is seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Officer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about education and interacting with students and parents. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow up with parents and students. Introduce courses and recommend suitable programs for students. Manage class schedules and coordinate teachers’ meetings. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the centre and teaching staff. Oversee day‑to‑day finance‑related tasks, including enrolment payments, invoicing, online payment reconciliation, office expenses, and petty cash. Generate invoices, receipts, and accounting reports; maintain bookkeeping and liaise with auditors. Collaborate with the admin and enrolment team on payment‑related matters and other administrative duties (e.g., follow‑ups with parents, updating schedules, arranging make‑up classes). Requirements Post‑secondary degree/diploma or above. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (experience in schools or educational centres highly preferred). Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoy interacting with children. Able to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
