Target candidates 10+ years of solid Talent Acquisition experience gained from retail/e-commerce platforms, and proficiency in Mandarin essential. About The Role Own end-to-end recruitment for Hong Kong, driving hiring across all functions with a focus on speed, quality, and scalability. Partner closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build strategic pipelines. Champion employer branding and candidate experience in a competitive talent market. Leverage data to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment operations. Build and mentor a high-performing TA team as the business expands. Requirements A hands‑on recruiter with 10+ years of experience in fast‑paced retail or e‑commerce environments. Proven success hiring across commercial, tech, and operational roles. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin essential) – you’ll play a key role in supporting the expansion into Mandarin‑speaking markets and overseas.
