As a Sales Executive, Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for making warm calls, renewing contracts, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to generate results quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets Make warm calls, email, and WhatsApp to potential customers Identify customers’ needs and provide suitable storage solutions Liaise and coordinate with internal departments for handling sales order Collaborate on sales strategies Provide exceptional customer service Build strong relationships with customers Maintain sales activities and customer interaction records No cold calling required. Requirements High diploma or above in business, marketing or related field Proven track record in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong listening, negotiation, presentation and closing skills Independent and team player Highly motivated and results-oriented Good command of spoken & written Cantonese and English Good command of CRM tools and G Suite (Training will be provided) Immediately available is preferred Benefits 5‑day work week on shift 14 days annual leave Birthday leave Discretionary bonus Medical & Dental insurance Flexible lunch hour Open and highly collaborative team, share and learn with your colleagues every day Very flat structure, bring your ideas and the management will always listen Dynamic and fun work environment Smart casual dress code Work location: Approximately 5‑8 minutes' walk from Kwai Hing MTR station.
