Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality Support sales team to follow up on orders Communicate with customer, external parties and colleagues regarding the shipment schedule delivery Prepare reports and presentations Prepare quotation, contracts, business plans & proposals and solutions for key account clients Develop freehand business opportunities with new and existing customers Build own client base, perform sales functions, and assist in sales issues Handle related documents, such as SO/PO/Invoice Qualifications Degree holder or above Good command of Japanese language (JLPT N1 level) Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin At least 3 years work experience in Trading / Logistic / Supply Chain industry Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player Proficient in MS office applications, including Excel and Words Experience in handling Japanese client would be an advantage Possessed IATA related skills or certificate would be an advantage Company Overview We are one of the leading Japanese international logistics/forwarding company in Hong Kong.
