Responsibilities Content Creation Develop engaging and impactful advertising content across digital platforms (social media, search, display, partnership, etc.) Develop compelling copy and assist in visual layout design for social media ads and programmatic display banners to enhance engagement and brand consistency. Craft creative briefs for visual & copy assets, working closely with designer and agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and brand consistency. Collaborate with KOLs and third-party social platforms to co-create engaging content (including REELs and photo) that drives brand awareness and consumer consideration. Proactively evaluate content performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize based on insights. Campaign Execution Execute paid digital campaigns that align with business goals and audience needs. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns. Work closely with product, website, data, and creative teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and report on campaign performance, including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics. Provide actionable recommendations to improve content and campaign outcomes. Team & Administrative Support Assist the team with daily operations and ad-hoc tasks as needed. Assist in preparing presentation decks for campaign planning & reporting. Contribute ideas and support team brainstorming sessions to drive innovation. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, business, and/or related discipline will be an advantage. A content enthusiast who loves exploring how to engage and interact with consumers in creative and objective-driven ways. Strong writing skills in both Chinese/Cantonese and English - able to craft messages that resonate across cultures and platforms. Strong understanding of KOL in Hong Kong, including influencer and social media trends. Open-minded and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and curiosity about digital & financial trends. A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to shared success. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in finance/ insurance industry will be a definite plus. Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or paid and performance marketing is preferred, but passion matters most.
