Senior Infrastructure Administrator (Up to 38k/monthly) Implement and optimize application servers for maximum performance and compatibility. Partner with vendors to design and deploy application/system infrastructure. Monitor, administer, and troubleshoot MS Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization environments. Manage network security appliances such as Cisco, Barracuda and other network hardware. Proactively address and resolve system and network performance and security vulnerabilities. Ensure data integrity and security through robust backup and disaster recovery (DR) planning. Create and update technical documentation, reports, and implementation plans. about the company. Minimum 5 years of working experience within IT Infrastructure such as server, network, and firewall configuration and implementation. Terchnical experience in Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint/Teams), Virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and Azure cloud platforms, Email Security and Network Firewall technologies. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering high-quality IT projects. High proficiency in complex data analysis, core issue identification, and effective solution recommendation.
