Our client is an Electronics and appliance specialist retailer. Responsibilities In charge of public relations, campaign promotions, social media, advertising, branding and digital marketing. Develop and maintain close relationship with press, media and external agencies. Develop, implement and execute all marketing related activities to increase brand awareness and exposure. Responsible for plan and monitor annual marketing budget for all advertising and communication programs. Analyze competitor activities and make suggestions to be taken to secure and grow market share. Responsible for the marketing and corporate communications functions, by organizing media events. Formulate marketing strategies and prepare marketing proposals Research and analyze market trend and customer’s needs and propose new business strategy e.g. Online campaign site and mini games, Viral video and forums marketing, Survey marketing. Accountable for P&L, A&P budget control and sales analysis. Requirements Bachelor degree holder in marketing, business or a relevant discipline. 5 years’ marketing experience with at least 3 years specialty management in Retail industry, preferably experience in electronic products. Good understanding in retail market, be able to lead and organize sales and marketing campaigns and events. Strong interpersonal skills and market insights, and good sense of teamwork. Responsible, initiative, able to work independently and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin. Immediately available is preferred.
