Role Description We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Production Lead to oversee our food manufacturing operations and lead our production team. You'll ensure consistent product quality, optimize production efficiency, and create a collaborative environment where excellence thrives. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who loves food production and wants to grow with a dynamic, small team. Key Responsibilities Production Management: Oversee daily production operations, schedule planning, and resource allocation to meet quality and quantity targets. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet food safety standards, health regulations, and company quality benchmarks. Conduct quality checks and maintain compliance documentation. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop production staff. Foster a collaborative, safety‑first culture where team members feel valued and supported. Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP, hygiene standards) and document all procedures for audit purposes. Kitchen & Production Management: Manage recipe development, kitchen operations, ingredient sourcing, and inventory control with deep knowledge of food preparation. Culinary Knowledge: Apply hands‑on expertise in Japanese, Southeast Asian, Hong Kong, and Western cuisines to guide product development and quality standards. Problem‑Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, implement solutions, and continuously improve production processes. Communication: Liaise with sales, marketing, and management teams to align production with business goals. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production records, submit performance reports, and track KPIs. Required Experience Minimum 5+ years in food & beverage factory production or Central Kitchen. Proven experience managing production teams and operations. Experience in restaurant chains, hotels, or commercial food service. Strong understanding of multiple cuisines (Japanese, Southeast Asian, Hong Kong, Western). Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance regulations. Fluent in spoken Cantonese, with strong written Chinese and written English, and proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with food packaging and distribution channels.
