1. Organize production and oversee the coordination of soft capsules. Develop production plans based on demand to ensure timely, quality‑compliant, and quantity‑accurate order fulfillment. 2. Maintain production operations to ensure stable equipment performance. Conduct regular training and assessments for relevant personnel on equipment operation and production processes. 3. Establish operational procedures and performance evaluation systems for relevant positions. 4. Lead daily maintenance and repair of equipment to reduce failure rates and enhance production efficiency. 5. Strictly control product quality and safety during production while implementing quality control standards. 6. Optimize production processes and control manufacturing costs. Qualifications 1. Preferably major in Food Science and Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields. 2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of production management experience in soft gel capsules. Proficient in operating and maintaining equipment including stick pack filling machines, bottle filling machines, labeling machines, sealing machines, soft capsule compounding and gelatinization systems, and tablet presses. Experience in the food/beverage industry preferred. 3. Competencies: Strong production coordination, equipment management, and quality control capabilities; ability to swiftly resolve unexpected production issues. Proficient in Excel and other office software with data analysis skills. 4. Attributes: Highly responsible with exceptional stress tolerance; excellent team management and communication skills; strict adherence to production safety and quality standards.
