Manager (Licensing) - Temporary (Ref. No.: PMSA-M(Lic)-43/25) Reporting to Senior Manager (Licensing) and General Manager (Regulatory), the appointee will be required to: Perform regulatory duties including issuance and renewal of licence and related investigation work. Assist in managing the daily operation of the Licensing team. Communicate with licence applicants, licensees and relevant stakeholders in respect of licensing, academic qualification and matters concerning recognition of professional bodies. Compile and analyse statistical reports. Conduct presentation and training to various stakeholders in respect of the property management licensing regime. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time. Requirements A recognised university degree. A minimum of 8 years relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in public sectors, authorities or relevant industries in particular with licensing work will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills. Independent, able to work under pressure and possesses strong common sense. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel functionalities and formula usage is preferred. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Immediately availability is highly preferred. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position is offered on a temporary contract.
