SENIOR MANAGER – FINANCIAL CRIME COMPLIANCE (MLRO) Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Compliance, the incumbent is expected to establish, implement, review and monitor the internal infrastructure of financial crime compliance to meet regulatory requirements while acting as advisor to all business units related to financial crime risk. Responsibilities Establish, implement, review and monitor the internal infrastructure of financial crime compliance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and act as advisor to all business units on financial crime risk. Coordinate with regulators and oversee regulatory compliance of the Insurance sector. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Law, Risk Management, Business Administration or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in financial crime compliance, audit, risk function. Strong knowledge and experience in transaction monitoring, fraud investigation, suspicious transaction reporting, policy governance and compliance review. Experience in dealing with regulators, comprehensive understanding of Hong Kong AML/CFT regulatory framework, working experience in the Insurance sector are preferred. Tactful in dealing with all levels of staff and business associates. Positive mentality with flexible working attitude and good work ethics. Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. Highly adaptable to changes and unprecedented challenges. Detail‑minded, mature, confident, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure. A good team player & able to work proactively & independently. Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
