Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for automation and low-code solutions. Process Analysis: Map and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration. Solution Design Support: Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress; help manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and proactive communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency. Documentation: Prepare and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, user guides, and training materials. Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements, leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiency and cost savings. Local Market Enablement: Support deployment and enablement activities in local APAC markets, considering language, regulatory, and operational nuances. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development, automation, or low-code environments (preferably with Microsoft Power Platform). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to map and optimize business processes. Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate (including RPA), Power BI, Copilot Studio, Azure, and related technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across cultures and time zones. Experience supporting testing and quality assurance activities. Ability to operate independently in a complex, matrixed organization and manage multiple projects. Regional experience in APAC and local language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, etc.) are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
