Job Details Number of Vacancy: 1 Relevant Field: Others Nature of Contract: Government T26 Contract Deadline: 08 Dec 2025 Contract Period: 03 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (11 months) Payroll under InfoTech Location: Hong Kong Island and Correctional Facilitates of the CSD or other locations as required Work in Guangdong Province: N/A Project Nature The proposed staff shall be responsible to manage the daily system operation, support and maintenance of the Integrated Custodial and Rehabilitation Management System (iCRMS) and the IT Infrastructure to the correctional facilities of the Correctional Services Department. Responsibilities Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD. Take a management role for the system operation, support and maintenance of iCRMS and IT Infrastructure. Manage and perform quality control on the deliverables during the system maintenance stage. Lead the team in performing quality assurance, including performance monitoring, integrity and security on the different components of the system infrastructure, including the hardware and software. Carry out testing, site deployment and maintenance activities at the correctional facilities/institutions of the CSD: Attend progress meetings with users. Lead the on-site installation and maintenance of hardware and software equipment. Facilitate the resolution of system issues. Manage the deployment of system bug-fix or program release with liaison with the maintenance contractor and end users. Manage system performance, quality assurance and other on-going system maintenance activities. Ensure the smooth operation of the system. Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications The proposed staff must have working experience in : IT project management and vendor management. Working experience in Government. IT System management and administration. Good communication, customer service, coordination and liaison skills. Good command of Chinese and English. Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast learner and good team player. Ability to work at remote correctional facilities for support services as required. Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required. Technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM). At least 3 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). At least 3 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM). At least 3 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF). At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM). 2 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in SSADM (SDM) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA) is an advantage. 2 years' experience in Function Point Analysis (FPA) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in IT Operational Management (OPM) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Open View (OPV) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage. Non-Technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM). At least 3 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS). At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT). 1 year's experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE) is an advantage. 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage.
