Specialist, Visitor Services (Contact Centre) Join to apply for the Specialist, Visitor Services (Contact Centre) role at Hong Kong Tourism Board . As a key member of our Visitor Services team, you will act as the primary communicator across multiple channels—including live chat, social media, hotline, and email—to answer visitor enquiries and enrich their travel experience. Key Responsibilities Engage with visitors through various communication channels to answer their enquiries and enhance their travel experience. Recommend travel itineraries and hidden gems to promote Hong Kong’s charm, creating memorable journeys for travellers. Provide constructive suggestions and coordinate tracking reports to contribute to service improvement. Required Qualifications University graduate in any discipline. At least 2 years of experience in a service industry, preferably in a contact centre or concierge operation. Experience in contact centre operations and complaint handling is a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome. Confident communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proactive team player with an open mind, motivation, passion and curiosity to learn. Customer‑oriented self‑starter with exceptional service mindset and skills. Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and, if required, under adverse weather conditions to maintain service operation. Benefits 5‑day work week, no overnight shift. Overtime allowance.
