We invite passionate talents to join our dynamic and fun team in achieving this vision. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN? Be our communicator at the forefront, engaging with the visitors across various communication channels such as live chat, social media, hotline and email etc. to answer their enquiries and enrich visitors’ travel experience. Recommend travel itinerary and hidden gems to enquired visitors to promote the charm of the city and create a fruitful journey with lasting memory for travellers. Provide constructive suggestions and coordinate tracking reports, playing a key role in contributing the service provision enhancement. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? University graduate in any discipline 2 years of experience proving your competencies in the service industry, especially in service centre/ concierge operations, is preferred Experience in contact centre operations and complaint handling would be a great advantage Fresh graduates are also welcome Confident communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proactive team player with an open mind, motivated with passion and curiosity to learn Customer‑oriented self‑starter with exceptional customer service mindset and skills Driven by a sense of fulfilment, willing to work on weekends & public holidays, and under adverse weather conditions, to maintain service operation if required WHAT BENEFITS ARE WE OFFERING? 5‑day work week, no overnight shift Medical & dental insurance coverages for you and your dependents Comprehensive orientation and on‑the‑job training If you are passionate about our mission and believe you are the one we are looking for, please send us your resume with present and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now".
