Senior Business Operations Officer / Assistant Business Operations Manager Hong Kong Island, HK Responsibilities Implement and manage the operational aspects of product and sales process ensuring efficient operation Ensure smooth customer journey and operation before the new product or sale process launch Execute and monitor the operational processes to upkeep product as designed Provide advice and handle the order exceptional cases Help streamline workflows, implement process improvements, and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures Ensure frontline to obtain update product information & operation guideline from internal system Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required Minimum 5 years of work experience in product operation and process management; experience in the telecom industry is highly preferred Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with different stakeholders Well‑organized, solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager Interested parties please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary by clicking "Quick Apply" .
