Global Sales Operations Manager | Optimizing Sales Tools & Strategy for High-Performing Consultants Base pay range: HK$40,000.00/yr – HK$75,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Accurately and promptly capture trades for equity derivatives products Monitor and reconcile positions, P&L, and risk metrics across multiple systems to ensure data integrity. Establish and maintain strong operational controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner. Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to support daily trading activities. Deliver clear and timely reporting to senior stakeholders on operational performance and risk issues. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or workflow enhancements. Contribute to change initiatives and system upgrades aimed at improving operational efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with audit and compliance reviews as required. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in trade support, middle office, or operations within equity derivatives or structured products. Solid understanding of derivatives pricing, risk management principles, and trade lifecycle processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong technical skills in VBA, Python, and data analytics tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
