Key Responsibilities: Lead Clinic Operations: Oversee daily clinic activities, including staff management, patient services, and administrative processes, to ensure efficiency and high-quality care. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach frontline staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative environment to maintain outstanding service standards. Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate manpower to balance workloads, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery across the clinic. Administrative Excellence: Manage payroll, MPF, medical insurance, and daily accounting tasks with precision. Business Growth Support: Collaborate on strategic plans to drive sustainable growth and operational success. Recruitment & Training: Participate in hiring operational staff to build a strong, capable team. Inventory & Equipment Management: Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and clinical equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness. Event Coordination: Organize health talks and events, preparing engaging materials to promote community wellness. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for the Director to support informed decision-making. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative and management roles within the healthcare industry. Education: Higher diploma or above. Skills: Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities, with a self-driven mindset and strong organizational skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
