Territory Supervisor / Sales Specialist - Medical and Beauty Devices (MNC) Our client is a leading provider of innovative medical aesthetic devices, dedicated to enhancing beauty and well-being through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Supervisor / Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth in our territory. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare / beauty professionals, clinics, and key accounts Selling energy-based devices to medical and beauty professionals Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure optimal use of our devices. Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet their requirements Advancing company customer service reputation with external & internal customer base Responsible for effective territory planning to achieve the maximum efficiency of time to service and develop current accounts, cultivate new accounts Ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements Minimum of 1 - 3 years or above of sales experience in the medical device industry, experience in aesthetic device is a plus Bachelor’s degree or higher Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software #J-18808-Ljbffr
