We are looking for talented people to be part of our dynamic team Responsibilities The successful candidate will handle accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments and support in preparation of month‑end & year‑end closing and assist in managing daily cashflow and responsible for monthly bank reconciliations. He/she will also maintain accurate financial records such as payable analysis report and reconciliations and handle vendor relationships and resolve any payment‑related issues. Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines Qualified Member of HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent is preferred Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role in accounts payable Proactive team player, good communication skill and attention to detail Audit experience / property industry is preferred Experience with SAP HANA is a plus Proficient in MS Office applications Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Immediately available preferred We are an equal opportunity employer who offer an inclusive and diverse workplace where people are valued and respected.
