We’re expanding our business development team to further strengthen our partnerships and client base in the fast-growing wellness industry. Position Overview The Sales Executive (Contract Manufacturing & OEM Services) will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing tailored product solutions to brands seeking high-quality health supplements or biotech formulations. This role requires a proactive, result-driven salesperson who understands the OEM business model, manufacturing process, and customer needs in the nutraceutical or cosmetics sector. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for OEM and contract manufacturing services. Understand clients’ brand concepts, product requirements, and market positioning to propose suitable solutions. Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements with support from the technical and production teams. Account Management Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate between internal teams (R&D, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor and manage the project timeline, product development stages, and post-launch support. Market Insight & Strategy Stay informed on health product trends, formulations, and regulatory requirements in key markets. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within nutraceuticals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or health supplements. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under tight timelines. Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
