As Vice President, Brands Marketing, you have the responsibility for creating innovative marketing strategies that will build the our brands for increased awareness, relevance and respect among customers. You will establish a clear brand position which will be crucial to the companys long term growth plan, leveraging your international vision and deep understanding of the markets we operate in. What you’ll be doing Work closely with Chairman & Group CEO and management team on corporate marketing strategies in building and developing the organization. Work closely with the Sales Division to develop marketing strategies to drive revenue. Develop segmentation, competitive analysis / market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications, budgets and strategic planning. Create and implement focused and measurable marketing strategies with a deep understanding of our markets, especially the identified growth regions. Focus on consumer engagement to create an emotional bond between the brand and consumer. Act as the strategic guardian for brand experience upgrade such as AEI projects or signature experience programming. Develop and execute a highly effective brand strategy, increasing brand awareness and brand positioning leveraging both traditional and new media in an optimized mix. Build a professional marketing and communications team to deliver the integrated marketing / go-to-market campaigns. Promote a data‑driven marketing approach and culture, with strong market analysis on pre‑and post‑event analysis to be presented to senior management. Ensure strict compliance across all properties of all brand executions with global guidelines, manage and monitor usage of brand with all channel partners. What we’re looking for Bachelors Degree in business / communications and MBA will be an advantage. 20+ years global marketing leadership experience, and China experience is crucial. Proven results in leading an international company to achieve market penetration, direct sales results and fiscal accountability in achieving those desired results. Deep understanding of traditional as well as innovative marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills combined with the confidence that comes with functional experience. Superior interpersonal skills reflecting leadership ability; the personality to inspire confidence and build teams and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. Strong dedication to purpose and a commitment to the highest standards of performance within time and budget constraints. Qualitative and quantitative analytical experience needed to build strategies, develop messages and manage through execution. Ability to take the initiative and make decisions to move projects forward and to judge existing campaigns by making strategic and creative recommendations based on the appropriate market relevance.
