Vice President, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Responsibilities Prepare marketing materials, such as pitchbooks, prospectuses, and investor presentations to support client engagement and deals. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal execution. Monitor and manage post-deal activities, including stabilization, regulatory reporting, and maintaining transaction records. Stay updated on HKEX listing rules, regulatory changes, and market trends to support ECM workflows and decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Around 3-5 years of solid experience in ECM or investment banking, or other related capital markets roles. Self‑driven and capable of completing projects. Strong knowledge of capital markets, listing rules, and ECM documentation. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a must. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Vice President.
