This job is to be performed by a Sales Trader who is responsible, under supervision, for taking orders from institutional clients in listed securities and delivering good executions to clients. The duties and responsibilities include: Responsibilities Works closely with institutional sales force to assist in the identification of trading opportunities for clients Feeds trading ideas and precisely interprets investment opinions of research reports to the clients; channels market information flow to the clients in a timely manner Ensures good trade executions to clients Develops relationships with assigned client organizations through trading and execution services Requirements Knowledge Knowledge of Hong Kong stock market Understanding of the client’s investment behavior and orientation Skills and Abilities Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values Customer-oriented mentality, proactive personality Effective communicator with excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese abilities Hard working, able to work under pressure, tight schedule and long hours Detail-oriented Quick-minded A good team player Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors, related experience as Dealer, Trader or Sales Trader in A-share Market or in Hong Kong stock market License of securities trading EEO Statement CICC is committed to fostering an environment of equity and diversity.
