Senior Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in Hong Kong to act as a strategic advisor and engagement lead. You will blend deep technical insight with Agile leadership to drive delivery success and shape the future of our high-impact organization. Primary Skills Senior Stakeholder Engagement Technical Delivery And Integration Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic and technical oversight Lead integration projects and drive continuous improvement using Agile and Lean principles Build strong internal and external relationships as the primary contact for escalations Coach and mentor delivery teams while championing Agile ways of working Monitor delivery KPIs and mitigate risks to ensure operational excellence Requirements 10+ years of experience in leading complex digital projects in consulting, retail, financial services or technology Proven track record as a Delivery Partner managing complex stakeholder environments Experience leading large-scale engagements with 100+ team members in distributed and multicultural settings Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives Extensive experience in presales, contracting, and management under various commercial models such as T&M, FP, and managed output/outcome Strong technical background in SDLC and integration projects We offer By choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at one of the most loved workplaces according to Newsweek 2021 - 2023 Employee ideas are the main driver of our business.
