About the job IT Analyst | Major Law Firm | HKG Our client, a major law firm, is currently seeking an IT Analyst to join their IT customer service team in the HK office. Key Duties: Resolve incidents and elevate when needed. Communicate effectively with users. Update tickets in accordance with global standards. Independently handle laptop, desktop PC, and peripheral equipment configurations and troubleshooting. Maintain an asset inventory. Support audio‑visual events and remote conferences. Manage service activities for new starters and leavers. Assist other IT teams in testing new software and upgrades. Act as a technology resource for industry trends. Identify and communicate operational risks to IT and firm management. Encourage continuous feedback within the team. Qualifications : Professional certification or experience (e.g., MCDST qualification) preferred. A+ Certification preferred. 3‑5 years experience in service desk and desktop support. Knowledge of the ITIL environment and processes. Proficient in Win10, Microsoft Office 2016, and legal applications. Strong understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Expertise in desktop PC, laptop, printer, and iPhone hardware support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
