Along with handling theAccounts Payable process and General Ledger tasks, the role entails supporting other team membersin month-end reports, account reconciliations, and audit and tax compliance, providing a great chance to manage regional accounting tasks in a vibrant setting. Responsibilities : Manage accurate ledger coding, data input for payments, and financial inquiries. Maintain vendor records, asset register, and treasury function. Ensure compliance with the (Hong Kong) Solicitors Accounts Rules in bank transactions. Assist in monthly accounts, reconciliations, budget, and audit. Qualifications and Experience : 2-3 years' experiencein an Accounts Payable Team in a global firm with solid understanding of general ledger, accounting, and finance functions. Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Office is essential Prior experience in the legal sector or professional services field is advantageous. Familiarity with Elite 3E software is a distinct plus Good verbal and written English and Chinese language skills is a must Able to work independently with good organisational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
