About the job Team Head of Maintenance and Security TheCompany A major Intelligent Transport and Smart City solution provider in Hong Kong. Location Hong Kong Job Summary Reporting to the CIO, lead the Technical Team in the design, implementation, and operation phase, responsible for the daily operations, maintenance and security aspects of Intelligent Transport and Smart City systems. Responsibilities Direct and govern the setup of FFTS TSP In-house security systems from planning, design, procurement, implementation to UAT; Direct and govern the planning, controls and efficiency improvement of the maintenance service; Direct and govern the maintenance operation including 7x24 monitoring, regular preventive maintenance, system audit, technical support of in-house systems, security assessment/audit and disaster recovery drills; Review and rectify any inadequacy of existing monitoring systems by deploying effective controls and procedures and necessary tools; Direct and govern Security Risk Assessment and Audit in order to comply with the Government's IT Security requirements; Plan and govern remediation for any issues identified and alerts from security intelligence, i.e., HKCERT; Direct and govern security strategy and emergency plans to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of FFTSservices; Direct and govern training and orientation of TSP in-house systems and facilities; Direct and govern the adoption of latest available technology and innovation applicable to enhance the effectiveness of TSP maintenance services; Direct and govern vendor management and Direct and govern proper documentation of the maintenance services. Requirements University degree or above in Computer Science, Information System, Information Security or equivalent disciplines; At least 13 years' relevant post-qualification full time working experience in information systems security domain, implementing IT security solutions, digital security methodologies and deployments, of which at least 3 years shall be at managerial or supervisory level; Attain 1 or more of the following qualifications: CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISM - Certified Information Security Manager CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
