Maintenance Team Leader

About the Role Assist the Maintenance Team Head in performing duties Propose new technology or solutions to the Maintenance Team Head for streamlining Toll Collection Services Conduct 24‑hour monitoring of the Free Flow Tolling System (FFTS) every day Provide preliminary diagnosis and arrange appropriate remedy to minimize service disruptions Advise on the design and implementation of custom and commercial‑off‑the‑shelf software, physical infrastructure to support FFTS tolling service, and interface to other inter‑provider clearing operations Assist in establishing a technical and business interface with a third‑party provider of back‑office services for customer relationship management and enforcement operations Organize support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks Monitor online security for users and networks, and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary Assist in establishing detailed documentation for various systems Communicate with various Team Heads and teams Shift required About You Holder of a university degree in computer science, information system, information security, or an equivalent discipline At least four years of relevant post‑qualification full‑time working experience in information systems security, implementing IT security solutions, digital security methodologies, and deployments Certifications attained in one or more of the following qualifications: CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional What you can get from us On‑the‑job training, learning and development tailored for your needs Executive workshops, interest classes, corporate purchase discounts offered by SHKP Competitive salary and annual leaves Flexible working opportunities Application Process Interested parties, please send full resume with expected salary and available date to Human Resources and Administration Department by e‑mail or by fax .
