Cafuné is a fashion label based in Hong Kong, offering accessories that are thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted and distinctly iconic to modern individuals. We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team with a focus on the China market. This is an exciting opportunity for people passionate about fashion, and looking to advance their marketing career within a dynamic brand. The candidate will be responsible to support our expansion and raise Cafuné’s profile in China. Job Scope: Assist in setting marketing strategies, developing and implementing campaigns, social media and public relations initiatives to drive business growth. Manage content calendar, create content that aligns with the brand and resonates with target audience in China, including social media content, sales channel copywriting and other marketing materials. Plan and lead influencer marketing including product seeding and any kind of collaboration opportunities. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing channels and various campaigns. Monitor trends and analyse competitor activities for continuous evaluation and planning. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines. 4+ years working experience in brand marketing; Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Proactive, self-motivated and self-disciplined with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good time management, attention to detail and able to handle multi-tasks under tight timeline.
