Associate Director/ Associate, Debt Capital Markets

Associate Director/ Associate, Debt Capital Markets Responsibilities Responsible for DCM deal execution, including drafting or reviewing lead managers’ due diligence reports, undertaking letter, and other documents for issuer’s foreign debt quota application to NDRC (if necessary). Work on internal approvals such as KYC, AML and document review for regulatory requirement. Manage transaction process, including material preparation, third party engagement, calls/meetings arrangement, and other relevant works to facilitate communication between issuers and professional parties and to ensure offering documents are prepared and transactions are executed at market standard. Assist pitch books, RFP, and marketing materials to support deal origination; finalize deal structure and legal documentation (if any). Handle ad-hoc projects and lead or participate in new product/procedure development for seasoned professionals. Job requirements Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science from reputable global university. 2-5 years of experience in credit businesses, preferably knowledge in China credit specifically LGFV. Experience in trading/risk system and technology infrastructure, related experience will also be considered. Self-starter, creative, risk-taking.
