Responsible for leasing activities including but not limited to formulating leasing strategies, financial performance analysis of each property Lead junior members to negotiate/co‑ordinate/liaise with prospects/tenants/agents/business partners/consultants/government bodies Oversee property management and marketing of HK properties Build-up/maintain close relationship among business partners/tenants/agencies Prepare regular reports including year plan, rental collection, sales and property management and any related reports Conduct market analysis and regular review of asset performance Formulation of asset management strategy including letting plan, marketing plan, property management plan and maintenance plan Preparation of leasing management reports and regular analysis report Monitor tenants’ rental payment and overall business performance Work with other teams/inter‑departments/third‑party management companies to efficiently resolve and handle related tenancy matters such as enhancement work and marketing plan, etc Participate and complete various ad‑hoc assignments Requirements Degree holder in real estate/surveying/business or related discipline Minimum 8 years relevant experience in real estate industry working as landlords or developers Holder of estate agent licence is an advantage Proven work experience in leasing, preferably in managing mixed portfolio Proactive and customer‑orientated with strong and effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with good organization skills Good supervisory skills to lead and motivate team members Positive mindset with good working attitude Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Hands‑on PC knowledge including PowerPoint, Word and Excel Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Asset Manager We offer an attractive compensation package, bank holidays, medical benefits, and paid examination leave to the right candidate.
