Part-Time/Contract Marketing Executive (3-6 Months) We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Part-Time/Contract Marketing Executive to support our marketing and public relations efforts across various channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent writing skills and a passion for social media, content creation, marketing administration, and building brand awareness through PR initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media presence, assisting with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, supporting PR activities, and providing essential support for marketing projects. Responsibilities Social Media Creative and Management: Develop engaging and original content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to promote brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Product Description Writing: Craft compelling and informative product descriptions for our online store and marketing materials, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales. EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) Management: Create visually appealing and effective email marketing campaigns to promote products, announce promotions, and nurture customer relationships. Blog Management: Upload and format blog posts on our Shopify platform, ensuring content is optimised for search engines and aligns with our brand voice. Report Updating: Assist in compiling and updating marketing reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness. KOL Management: Support the management of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (influencers), including communication, content coordination and performance tracking. Shooting Project Assistance: Assist with photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns, including set‑up, coordination and providing creative input. Public Relations Support: Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns. Monitor media coverage and track PR results. Assist with event planning and execution for PR purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, with some experience in public relations. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify Mail). Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, preferably Shopify. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills. Understanding of basic PR principles and media relations. Bonus Points Experience with graphic design or video editing. Existing relationships with relevant KOLs and media contacts. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
