Commercial Banking – Corporate Wealth and Sales Management Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customised one‑stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium‑size businesses to publicly listed companies. We offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e‑Banking services. Responsibilities Identify business opportunities through direct customer contact and referrals to maximise sales and penetration of investment and insurance products to target customer segments Provide high‑quality investment and insurance services to selected corporate customers to anchor the relationship base and build loyalty Conduct marketing activities of investment and insurance business for commercial banking customers Work closely with relationship managers to identify customer needs and promote investment and insurance services to suitable customers Achieve assigned income targets to contribute to both individual and team performance Build and manage a portfolio of investment and insurance customers, maintain good customer relationships and provide quality after‑sales services Develop and implement effective initiatives to deliver business results and build and enhance the product portfolio Support the Team Head in sales management and maintain good relationships and provide quality after‑sales service to customers Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with proven relevant working experience Good knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency with understanding of the investment market and economic environment. Preferably a CFP or CFA. Passes HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant papers of the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Strong self‑motivation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills High level of customer‑centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage The employment is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
