Regional Head of Human Resources - EMEA & APAC at Now Health International A high-quality developer possesses strong technical artwork expertise, managing massive data processing and transforming into high-quality, accurate and differentiated artwork, system templates solutions for the Company’s global businesses. High volume of board, extensive range from pre-sales to post-sales bilingual/multilingual collaterals and templates of full product suite of global markets with precise, exact accuracy are developed from scratch to completion; roll out internally and externally to meet product, business, legal and regulatory requirements. Complex data visualization thinking, structuring and transformation into different types artwork is demanding. Multi-tasked and able to handle various multifaceted technical tasks simultaneously under fast paced environment to deliver work within specified timeframes is mandatory. This position also developing from scratch on company and branding artwork, social media and website from the creation of company and branding artwork for a variety of international markets on a range of materials from flyer, brochureware, forms, templates, promotional and advertising material to social media post, website templates, video for product launches to strategic brand evolvement. Skills Technical Skills (Must have) Soft Skills (Must Have) Graphic Design Creativity Brand Management Communication Creative Thinking Attention to Details Digital Design Time Management User Experience (UX) Design Responsibilities Total responsible for development and production of artwork for full product suite of whole product cycle for all markets with all types including but not limited to members handbooks, policy wordings, brochures, forms, inserts, presentation, system templates, etc. Total responsible for development of multi-lingual/bi-lingual product artwork to meet local regulatory requirements for specific branches Fully responsible for development of Powerpoint and Video production Execute production of events, awards, brand, social media, website when assigned Preparation and presentation of high-quality artwork and digital output that best meet the brand guidelines Keeping up to date with digital innovations and developments Assist Ad‑hoc projects when assigned Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Required Degree holder or above, related Business or Marketing discipline Possession of insurance knowledge and official certification is a must The extent of linguistic intelligence is preferred The developer role requires hands‑on experience in massive and comprehensive data processing and providing the processed information in a useful and readable artwork format Concrete multilingual documentation developer to handle 11+ different languages meeting local regulatory framework. Solid experience in‑house – working and delivering data processing at speed with precise accuracy in specified artwork development process and timeframes An expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator Professional knowledge in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Social Media and Web applications The technical expertise to deliver high quality, on‑time Video Animation. Delivery of accurate schedules for projects – anticipating issues and delivering consistently on‑time A pro‑active approach to data execution and graphics design in artwork development- highlighting current weaknesses and providing ideas to improve.
