The ideal candidate demonstrates refined aesthetics, strong creative leadership, and a profound understanding of contemporary French luxury culture. Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Develop and oversee the artistic vision and creative direction for all brand campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity to cultivate a strong sense of luxury and French elegance in our brand aesthetic. Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that covers all online marketing efforts. Conceptualize and create original content, including reels, short‑form videos, photo edits, motion clips, slogans, graphics, and website copy. Manage digital content, including updating the app and website, creating dedicated landing pages, and assisting with videography and photography. Devise and implement effective performance marketing strategies, set goals, leverage data, and optimize campaigns to increase online conversions. Gather data from multiple sources, measure key performance metrics, and draw actionable conclusions for reporting. Lead innovations to enhance the digital user journey and engagement (Web/App UI/UX), while improving workflow efficiency and accuracy. Create engaging digital marketing ideas and content, perform effective SEO, and conduct A/B testing. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide a team of marketing creators. Collaborate closely with the fashion design and product development teams to ensure that creative strategies align with business objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce engaging and high‑performing marketing content and programs to produce advertising, promotional, and public relations materials, ensuring effective in‑store execution and customer communication. Identify and apply industry trends and insights to optimize campaign performance. Manage the marketing budget and pacing, providing data‑based rationale for recommendations. Collaborate closely with internal and external parties. Exhibit excellent writing and editing skills in English (French proficiency is a plus), with the ability to create professional, trend‑aware, and engaging content. Undertake other related duties as assigned. General Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Creative Media, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related field. Proven track record in managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager. In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing is a plus. Results‑oriented with strong analytical skills related to data and metrics. Creative and passionate about digital marketing, with excellent communication skills. 13 months’ salary ranging from 22K to 25K, depending on experience. Candidates who demonstrated strong performance will be considered for promotions and salary increment.
