Senior Operations Manager The company is focused on developing a streaming video platform and film database, investing and producing original content. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and managing the day-to-day business functions of our dynamic and fast-growing streaming service. You will leverage your project management expertise to facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, oversee execution according to standard operating procedures, and ensure the timely delivery of related projects that support our business growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of content delivery, including ingest, transcoding, quality control, metadata, and final delivery to the platform, from managing the digital supply chain and troubleshooting technical issues to ensuring a smooth user experience; Manage content workflows, develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices to achieve company goals for improve efficiency and profitability across the streaming and OTT services; Monitor the platform for technical issues, troubleshoot delivery problems, and collaborate with technical service providers to ensure content is available on time and in good quality; Manage and execute video‑driven projects, working with marketing, technical operations, and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth operations and content delivery; Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project operations. Requirements Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; At least 5 years project management experience preferably in digital media, streaming, or advertising technology; Proven experience in operations management, ideally within digital media or entertainment industry; Experience in Apps and video platform is preferred; Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals; Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project performance and link outcomes; Excellent leadership, organizational and problem‑solving skills; Energetic, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, passionate, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure; Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin; Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Chinese word processing; Immediate availability is highly preferred.
