This position plays a crucial role in driving global data and analytics governance initiatives using cutting-edge technology. What you’ll be doing? Drive digital transformation: Identify opportunities to implement intelligent products and data‑driven solutions that revolutionize business processes. Uncover insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to reveal new opportunities and propose innovative product solutions. Improve systems: Analyze existing systems, user needs, and business processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and prioritize improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with key team members to gather requirements, validate solutions, and resolve any conflicts or ambiguities. Partner across teams: Engage with data analysts, scientists, vendors, and business units to refine requirements for data‑related projects. Support end-users: Assist with user acceptance testing, provide hands‑on training, and offer prompt support to business users. Who are they looking for? Educational background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, or related fields, providing a strong foundation for the role. Industry experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, with exposure to freight forwarding/Logistics industry preferred but not mandatory. Business acumen: Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements gathering, with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions. Communication skills: Strong ability to engage with cross‑functional teams and provide dedicated support to end‑users, fostering collaboration. Process expertise: Skilled in mapping current and future state processes, and conducting gap assessments to drive improvements. Documentation prowess: Excellent written communication skills to produce high‑quality specifications, reports, and test plans. Technical understanding: Solid knowledge of business processes, technical systems, and software development methodologies. Vendor management: Experience in coordinating with external vendors and internal teams throughout product lifecycles. Adaptability: High‑energy individual comfortable with navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities. Language proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese (speaking and writing) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Why you should consider this opportunity?
