Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities Provide end-to-end hands-on program/project management of the migration of legacy applications to Azure. Collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, security teams and application/business stakeholders to define migration strategy and roadmap. Track and report program/project updates (e.g. progress, financial, risk and issue) and present in various senior management forums (e.g. Project Steering Committee) and for PMO reporting. Coordinate vendor sourcing process including, but not limited to, RFP preparation, SoW preparation, review & sign-off, etc Lead tech lead from vendors or off-shore delivery teams to coordinate, mobilize and execute corresponding deliverables. Ability to anticipate project risks and put forth mitigation to address promptly and accordingly. Address identified issues with laser focus in executing/enforcing resolution promptly. Ability to mapped out intra and inter project dependencies to ensure risk and issues are assessed holistically Manage change management process to ensure project changes are managed properly and transparently executed. Lead project in obtaining various technical/governance clearance (e.g. Change Authority Board) before production deployment. People Management Manage a team of staffs such as, but not limited, outsourced/contract resources to execute strategic initiatives. · Facilitate cross project team communication and collaboration Continual uplift of team member's overall knowledge on business, technical knowhow, project management and stakeholder management. Financial and Non-Financial Measures Poses ability to assess, plan, execute and monitor project activities independently Demonstrate ability to proactively manage matters rather than reactively responding questions/inquiries Ensuring we deliver, as a team, quality projects on time, on budget Support Program Management Lead on the vendor SoW negotiation/discussion and ensure the deliverables are align with business expectation Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders across all functional departments including Business and IT Job Requirements Bachelor degree or above in business management or STEM related disciplines 8-10 years of working experience in consulting, business operation, or project management, preferably in the financial services industry Experience of working in a banking or financial services environment on large complex change projects, particularly those implementing digital, multi platforms and cloud migration projects · Experience in working with diverse teams of different work streams Ability to think innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive problem solving approach Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbally Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology Self-starter, who can work pro-actively with minimum supervision Competency Sound problem solving and decision-making ability. Proven ability to identify innovation opportunities, define and deliver innovative business function Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching and consultative skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong caliber in managing difficult discussions with proven experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
