Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our innovative consumer electronics projects. In this role, you will oversee the entire technical lifecycle of projects—from concept to delivery—by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the quality, feasibility, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability of technical solutions. Your work will directly influence product development timelines and successful launches, playing a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management : Oversee the full technical project lifecycle, ensuring requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Team Coordination : Collaborate closely with R&D, design, production, and other departments to ensure project requirements are clear and cross-department communication is effective.
  • Technical Planning : Participate in technical solution design, ensuring decisions align with performance, quality, and cost objectives.
  • External Collaboration : Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth collaboration across organizational boundaries.
  • Risk Management : Proactively identify technical and operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.
  • Progress Tracking : Monitor milestones and update stakeholders regularly, keeping the team aligned on project timelines.
  • Resource Management : Optimize team resource allocation, ensuring efficient operations of the technical team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in consumer electronics or hardware development.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt as needed.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the latest technology trends in consumer electronics.
  • Experience in hardware development, particularly with embedded systems, IoT, or smart devices.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification.
