Position Overview Financial Analyst – Group Finance team. Provide insights that drive growth, optimize performance, and guide non‑financial stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and timeliness. Develop KPI dashboards and financial models to track business performance. Provide actionable recommendations to management to enhance profitability and efficiency. Deliver financial insights to support investment decisions and resource allocation. Prepare monthly reports on revenue trends, expense management, and profitability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to track KPIs and provide financial guidance. Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Power BI preferred). Automate reporting processes and enhance data visualisation for better decision‑making. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial planning and reporting processes. Strengthen data integrity and improve information flow from ERP and other business systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with professional accounting qualification. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A. Strong proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders. High level of intellectual curiosity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
