Reports to: Group Finance Manager Location: Hong Kong What You will Do Anglo‑Eastern offers a rare opportunity to join the Group Finance team of an industry powerhouse with a family feel. Working directly with the group Finance Manager and Finance Director, you will have a significant impact on the operations and success of this company, which has the distinction of not only being one of the largest in its sector but also arguably unique in its reputation for putting service before profit and for its focus on the wellbeing of its workforce. Work closely with regional finance teams to support the preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as annual budget reporting packages Prepare financial & management reports, forecast and analysis reports on schedule for management review Perform timely evaluations on critical business inquiries, pinpointing risks and opportunities while offering practical recommendations Collaborate with stakeholders including but not limited to Management, Accounts and other teams to refine dashboards and management reports, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational objectives. Manage organized financial data collections with clear logic and attribution, ensuring the information is readily accessible for various applications. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assessments for process enhancements and system upgrades, acting as a liaison between finance teams and project stakeholders. Cultivate strong connections with other departments to foster transparency and build trust throughout the organization. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by managers What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or any Business‑related discipline Minimum 3‑5 years of combined Accounting & Financial Planning experience in sizable MNC Effective communication skills and excellent analytical skills Fluent spoken and written English is a must Advanced MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot, Power Query) Knowledge of BI tools will be a plus Willing to learn and self‑motivated and proactive Well‑organized, analytical, team player and attention to details We welcome all candidates who are team player and exhibits passion for making a meaningful impact.
