Clinical Audiologist

What You Will Do Deliver high‑quality audiology clinical services and supervise clinical staff. Support daily operations across marketing, customer service, and technical support. Handle and resolve audiology‑related customer complaints; drive improvement actions. Coach and advise Audiologists to ensure service excellence. Enhance audiology service processes to optimize the client experience across Widex HK centres. Identify new business opportunities in audiology. Meet company KPIs and engage professionally with ENT doctors, hospitals, and external partners. Lead or support ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Line Manager. What You Bring Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in audiology or hearing‑aid clinical services; clinical centre experience preferred. Proven track record in project execution and operational support. Strong ability to hire, develop, and retain high‑performing team members. Personal Competencies Strong ethics, confidence, adaptability, and learning mindset. Action‑oriented, results‑driven, with a passion for quality and efficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Creative, innovative, and able to introduce new ideas. Punctual and able to role‑model professional clinical behaviour.
